Privacy Policy

This policy explains which personal data Savas Textile (Savaş Tekstil Moda ve Hazır Giyim Ltd. Şti., "we") processes when you use savastextile.com, why, and what rights you have. We act as the data controller.

1. Data you give us

• Quote requests and contact messages: name, company, email, phone, country, website and the details of your request (product, quantity, sizes, fabric, target date and price, notes).
• Files: images or PDF documents you attach to a quote request.
• Messages: the conversation between you and our team on your quote page.
• Sign-in: your email address, to send you a one-time sign-in link.

2. Data collected automatically

• Technical data: IP address and browser type, stored with a quote request and used briefly to limit repeated submissions.
• Source of your visit: campaign parameters (UTM, click IDs), referrer and landing page. They are kept in your browser's local storage and saved with your request.
• Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) and the Meta Pixel measure page views and form submissions. When you submit a request, we may also send the event to Meta's Conversions API with your contact details in hashed (SHA-256) form.
• Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that forms are submitted by a person.

3. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in for up to 30 days, and analytics and advertising cookies set by Google and Meta. You can delete or block cookies in your browser; the site and the quote form still work without analytics cookies.

4. Why we use your data

• To answer your request, prepare offers and carry out orders (contract or pre-contract steps).
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
• To measure and improve our website and advertising (legitimate interest or your consent, where required).
• To meet legal obligations such as invoicing and accounting.

5. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that run the site for us: Cloudflare (hosting, database, file storage, email delivery, bot protection), Google (analytics, business email) and Meta (advertising measurement, WhatsApp if you contact us there). We do not sell your data. These providers may process data outside your country; transfers are made with appropriate safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

Requests, files and messages are kept as long as our business relationship requires and afterwards for the legal retention period (up to 10 years). Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and sessions after 30 days. Rate-limit records are deleted automatically within minutes.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and Turkish data protection law (KVKK) you may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy in a portable format, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Send requests to info@savastextile.com; we reply within 30 days.
