These terms apply to the use of savastextile.com and the services offered on it by Savas Textile (Savaş Tekstil Moda ve Hazır Giyim Ltd. Şti., "we"). By using the site you accept them.

1. The website

The site presents our menswear collections and lets businesses request wholesale, private label and sample quotes. Product information, images and availability are for information only and may change without notice.

2. Quotes and orders

A quote request is not an order. Prices, quantities, delivery times and payment terms are binding only when both parties confirm them in writing for a specific order.

3. Your account and uploads

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email; keep access to that mailbox secure. You are responsible for the information and files you send us and confirm that you have the right to share them (for example logos or designs for private label production). Do not upload unlawful content or attempt to disrupt the site.

4. Intellectual property

The Savas name and logo, product photos, texts and site design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them without our written permission. Designs you provide remain yours; we use them only to prepare your quote and order.

5. Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available but provide it as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site.

6. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes, governing law and contact
