If you have a menswear brand vision and need a manufacturing partner who handles tech packs, prototyping, production, and retail-ready finishing — Savas Textile has been that partner for European brand owners for two decades.
What private label means with us. You bring the brand: name, label design, packaging, hangtag spec, target retail price. We bring the construction: pattern grading, sample making, fabric sourcing, sewing, finishing, packing. Your label, our atelier — no Savas Textile branding on anything that ships to your stores.
From concept to first delivery. Average timeline is 12-16 weeks: 2 weeks tech-pack review and quotation, 3-4 weeks sample development (typically 2-3 sample rounds), 8-10 weeks production once the bulk order is confirmed. Faster if you start from one of our existing block patterns rather than ground-up development.
MOQ realities. Industry standard for private label menswear is 300-500 units per style/colorway. We work down to 100 units per style/colorway for proven partners, and 50 units for shirts (where pattern reuse is simpler). For a startup brand launching their first collection, plan a first run of ~600 units total across 4-6 SKUs.
What you'll need from your side. Brand name + logo + label artwork (we print). Tech pack with measurements, fabric spec, trim spec (or we develop one with you, billed hourly). Approved sample sign-off before bulk production. Down payment 30%, balance on shipment. Standard incoterms FOB Istanbul, with DAP options to major EU destinations.

How small can a first private label run be?+
It depends on construction: knitwear and shirts tolerate smaller runs than tailored suits, where pattern and canvas setup carry fixed costs. The lower-risk route is sample first, then a first order sized to sell through in one season rather than to minimize unit cost.
Do you sign NDAs?+
Yes — standard mutual NDA before sharing tech packs or pricing details. We send our template; mutual edits welcome.
Can you develop a brand from scratch with us?+
We manufacture; we are not a design house. We refer brand owners to our design partners in Istanbul and Milan if needed, then take over from approved tech packs.
How do you handle quality control?+
Three-stage QC: pattern approval before cutting, mid-production check on a random 5% sample, final 100% inspection before packing. Photos shared at each stage.
Can I visit the atelier?+
Yes, appointments are welcome. Most brand owners visit our atelier in central Turkey before first production; we arrange transfers via Ankara.
