OEM is different from private label. You bring fully developed product, finalized tech packs, approved samples, and quality standards. We bring capacity, consistency, and shipping. No development charges, no pattern fees — just clean production at predictable cost.

Who we work with on OEM. Established European menswear brands needing capacity expansion. Multi-store retailers scaling private collections. Department store buying offices placing 5000+ unit runs. Existing brands diversifying away from a single-country production risk.

OEM-grade requirements from your side. Finalized tech packs (measurements, fabric spec, trim spec, construction notes, label/packaging spec). Approved gold-seal sample. Defined acceptable quality limit (AQL) — we follow ISO 2859-1 if you don't specify. Purchase order with clear quantities per SKU/size/colorway.

Our standard OEM commitments. Lead time fixed at order confirmation (typically 8-12 weeks). Sample-to-bulk consistency guaranteed with photo evidence at three QC stages. Force majeure clause is mutual, not one-sided. Defective unit replacement at our cost (not deducted from your next order).

Capacity and current capability. Suits and blazers: 8,000 units/month at current setup. Shirts: 15,000 units/month. Leather jackets: 3,000 units/month. Capacity expansion (additional shift or seasonal workforce) negotiable for 12-month commitments above 50,000 units total.

Buyer Questions

What's the difference between OEM and private label here?

OEM = you bring everything (tech pack, sample, QC standard); we produce. Private label = we help develop the product first, then produce. OEM is faster and cheaper per unit if you have product engineering in-house.

Do you produce for competitors?

Yes — we are a manufacturer, not an exclusive brand partner. We sign NDAs and segregate production information between clients. Brand confidentiality is absolute.

Can you match our existing supplier’s prices?

We can usually match or undercut suppliers in China and Vietnam on premium construction (full-canvas, half-canvas, leather). On the lowest-cost fused/budget tier, Asian suppliers may still be cheaper.
