Do you ship DAP or DDP to Germany?+
Both available. FOB Istanbul is standard. DAP Germany (delivered to your warehouse, duties unpaid) +€8-€15/unit depending on volume. DDP (duties paid) on request, larger orders only.
What about Lieferkettengesetz (LkSG) compliance?+
We maintain full supplier traceability. Past audits include EXAA, Hugo Boss buying audits, and German buying-group due diligence. Documentation provided on request.
Do you have German-speaking sales staff?+
Limited — primary working language is English. For ongoing partnerships we coordinate German-language support via local commercial partners.
