WHOLESALE · ITALIA · MADE WITH ITALIAN WOOL
Turkish Menswear Manufacturer for Italy
For Italian retailers and brand owners
Italy is famously protective of its 'Made in Italy' menswear pedigree — and yet Italian buying houses have sourced production from Turkey for years, quietly, when the math demanded it. Savas Textile is one of the Turkish ateliers that Italian brand owners trust.
Why Italian buyers source from Turkey. Italian wool, half-canvas construction, the same patterns and the same finishing — at 40-50% lower factory cost. Many recognizable Italian retail brands run a hybrid model: Italian-made for their premium tier (where the country-of-origin label matters), Turkish-made for their accessibly-priced lines (where the margin matters).
Italian wool, Turkish atelier. We hold stock in Vitale Barberis Canonico, Marzotto, and Loro Piana economic-line fabrics. Your suit can be Italian-fabric, Turkish-made — at honest pricing. Country of origin labeled honestly per EU regulation. We don't help anyone mislabel 'Made in Italy'.
What Italian retailers buy from us. Half-canvas suits in Super 110s and 120s wool. Unstructured Neapolitan-cut blazers (we have several pattern blocks reverse-engineered from classic Italian houses). Wedding ceremony suits in midnight blue and ivory. Linen-shirt summer programs.
Logistics and language. Italian-language tech sheets available. Direct freight to Milan, Florence, Rome, Naples. Most Italian wholesale partners visit our atelier in their first year — Çorum to Milan is one flight + one connection. We've hosted buyers from Milan, Florence, and Rome.

Buyer Questions
- Country-of-origin labeling — can you label 'Made in Italy'?
- No, and we strongly advise against asking. Goods substantially manufactured in Turkey must be labeled accordingly under EU regulation. We label honestly; mislabeling is the wholesale partner's legal exposure, not ours.
- Why would an Italian brand use a Turkish manufacturer?
- Italian-labeled goods carry the premium; Turkish-made goods serve the accessible tier with the same construction quality. Many Italian retailers run both — Italian-made flagship lines, Turkish-made volume lines.
- Do you copy Italian brand styles?
- No. We adapt block patterns — Neapolitan soft shoulder, Florentine structured, Milanese clean — but never copy a specific brand's product. Trademark integrity matters in this industry.
