Turkey grows some of the world's best long-staple cotton — and Savas Textile uses it. Our shirts feature precision-cut collars, mother-of-pearl buttons, single-needle topstitching, and the smooth hand-feel that long-staple cotton delivers wash after wash.
Shirt construction details that matter: we use single-needle topstitching (one needle per seam, instead of double-needle production shortcut — gives a cleaner, longer-lasting finish). Collar interlining is sewn-in fusible (not glued), so collars don't pucker after multiple washes. Buttons are mother-of-pearl or branded option per request.
Fabric range: 100% Turkish long-staple cotton (signature line), Egyptian cotton blend (premium tier), linen-cotton (summer), Oxford weave (smart-casual). Weights from 100 GSM (summer poplin) to 180 GSM (winter twill). OEKO-TEX certified across all stock.
MOQ is 100 units per style/fit/colorway — lower than typical industry 200-300. Sizes 38-46 (EU collar) standard, with 36 and 48 on request. Three fit blocks: slim (modern), regular (classic), tailored (refined-slim, between slim and regular).
Lead time: 6-8 weeks for new styles, 3-4 weeks for repeats. We ship folded-and-packed (retail-ready) with hangers as an option. Custom packaging available for private label.
